HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Book your class
All classes are booked online via our timetable. You will be transferred to Momence booking platform where you will need to create an account (username and password) if you are new to Mahana.  This takes approximately 2 minutes.

2. Arrive early
Come 5–10 minutes before class so you can settle in and meet your teacher. Please let them know if you have any current injuries we should be aware of or if you’re pregnant.

3. We’ve got everything covered
Mats and props are provided, just bring water and wear something comfortable you can move and breathe in.

4. Move at your own pace
Everything is guided and adaptable - you’ll never be expected to keep up.

WHAT CLASS SHOULD I START WITH?

Not sure where to start?

If you’re new, we recommend beginning with:

  • Slow Flow – a gentle introduction to movement and breath

  • Yin Yoga – slow, grounding, and deeply restorative

  • Yin/Yang Flow – the perfect balance of movement and stillness

These classes are beginner-friendly and designed to help you build confidence.

And remember - every class can be modified to suit your body.
