FAQ

Online bookings are required. To book your class, head to our timetable page and select the class you wish to attend then proceed through the registration process, this should only take a few minutes. Payment for the class can then be made online. If this is your first class with us, please get to the studio about 5-10 minutes before the beginning of your chosen class to allow time to get settled and for your teacher to get to know you a little.
-
The studio is a no phone, do not disturb, silent zone. Please ensure your phone is on silent and is left with your belongings. If you do need your phone, please advise the teacher at the start of your class.
If for a certain reason you may need to leave class early, we kindly ask that you let the teacher know prior to the beginning of class and also be sure to pack up your belongings quietly and mindfully to ensure you do not disturb others in their relaxation (savasana) at the end of class.
-
Classes will always start and finish on time. The instructors will lock the front door at the start time of each class. This is to ensure that all personal belongings are safely secured during class.
On the instance that you do not arrive on the start time, you will not be able to get into the studio and your class will be forfeited.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the start of class to ensure you allow enough time to sign in with the teacher and get settled for your class.
The streets around the studio get busy in peak hour times, so make sure you leave enough time to arrive to avoid any disappointment.
-
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If there are any cancellations, you will be notified up to an hour before the class commences.
When adding yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend that class should a space become available. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend to avoid late cancellation or no show fees as these will still apply in this instance.

Probably! As long as your doctor has given you the okay to do so, yoga and pilates can be of great benefit pre and postnatal. However, we encourage you to take full responsibility for your practice, to listen to your body and to do what is right for you. We ask that you please inform your teacher before class so they are aware of your pregnancy and at what stage you’re in. It is at your teacher’s discretion whether you are admitted to practice.
If you are not a regular practitioner already and want to begin a yoga or pilates practice for the first time, it might be more beneficial for you to take part in a Slow Flow or yin yoga class. Our Mat Pilates classes are not recommended during pregnancy as there is a very strong focus on core strength.
