STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts. All mats and equipment are provided. Bring a towel if needed, water bottle and wear suitable fitness clothing.

Please do not arrive to the class late. We start all our classes strictly on time. For health and safety reasons and as a courtesy to other students the doors are closed at the beginning of the class to ensure the class is not disturbed by late arrivals - no exceptions. Notify your instructor prior to class commencement time if you are pregnant or have any injuries they need to be made aware of.

Please ensure your phone is turned off. No phones permitted in the yoga room, as this can be extremely disruptive.

Children are not permitted to wait in the studio due to safety and legal reasons.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

As we are a boutique studio our class sizes are limited, we strongly recommend you pre-book via the app or website online.

In order to cancel your attendance without penalty, you must process a cancellation via the app or website within 3 hours prior to class start time. All Members and Class Pack holders, if you “late cancel” (within 3 hours) or are absent (no show) you will be charged the class fee. There are no exceptions due to the small class sizes and popularity of these classes. Places are limited and valuable to the Mahana community so we kindly ask for your respect when booking classes and planing your attendance.

CLASS WAITLIST

If a class is fully booked you will have the option to join the waitlist. If there happens to be any class booking cancellations up to 1 hour prior to class start time then you will be automatically booked in for class and sent a notification reminder.

CLASS PACK HOLDERS

The 5 class pass is valid for 1 month, 10 class pass is valid for 3 months and 20 class pass is valid for 6 months. Failure to redeem all class credits before expiry will result in its forfeiture.

A Casual Single Class Credit is valid within 30 days of purchase.

All Class Packs and Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

NEW STUDENT INTRO OFFER

Our New Student Intro Offers are only available for local customers. Proof of address may be requested. The intro pack is valid for 30 days and can only be purchased once per person.

Strictly no holds, refunds or transfers are available on the intro offer.

MAHANA MEMBERSHIPS

All Mahana membership have a minimum 3-month sign up period.

You are able to pause your membership at any time after your minimum commitment period, for a maximum of one month.  If you would like to pause your membership simply email us with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment at hello@mahana-studio.co.nz

To cancel your membership simply fill in this form with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation when it has been completed. Memberships are paid in advance on a monthly basis, so no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within adequate time frames. All memberships auto-renew.

ONLINE STUDIO MEMBERSHIP

Online studio memberships are paid in advance on a monthly basis, so no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within adequate time frames. All memberships auto-renew, however can be cancelled at anytime. All requests for cancellations must be made by email. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation when it has been completed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any client for unused membership periods or casual/class credit holders.
